I build content pipelines for different jobs. One factory stamps out dozens of reels a day on autopilot. Another runs an entire blog from scratch: from phone footage to a published post. A third covers a big concert stage: LED promos, personal reels for guests, analytics from the night's footage. These are short demos — each one shows a real project, real data and a live result. Nothing staged.
The client provided twenty 2-minute source videos, before/after photos, fonts and music. The pipeline slices the sources with a sliding window, overlays photos, titles and a CTA, builds the cover, writes the captions and publishes to Instagram on schedule. From brief to live auto-posting in 7 days.
The video walks the whole chain on one real clip: it was actually published, and the numbers in the final are taken from the project's control panel.
A blogger films her holiday on a phone and sends everything as is: 581 clips, HDR, wind and street noise in the audio. The pipeline cleans up the picture, and then her own voice takes the lead — remarks recorded on the go become the spine of each episode, the footage falls into place under them, and the words light up karaoke-style.
Darya decided to try blogging seriously — not as scattered posts but as a series. All she had to do was shoot and send; everything else — selection, editing, captions, the schedule — was done by the pipeline and me. Fourteen episodes came out in twenty days.
Every episode is built with its own technique, not one template: the trip's route is drawn from photo GPS and the dot drives real roads; a mountain leg gets an elevation profile; photos fly into the frame as a deck with a shutter click; an unfamiliar place opens with a map from a familiar landmark. The playbook holds seventeen techniques and grows with every video. Travel audio is denoised by a neural network so the speech stays clear.
Since late July the account has been wired to private Instagram analytics, and it became clear what actually works: reach is decided by the first second, not by how pretty the shot is. As we learned to hold the first three seconds, single-reel reach grew from 67 to 702. A pretty hypothesis also failed the test: saves and shares don't drive reach. All the numbers in the video are real, taken as a snapshot of live data.
A summer stage in Warsaw runs an LED screen between the acts: a guest scans a QR code, uploads a photo and sees themselves on the big screen. The screen needs video content around it, and all of it is made by one person with an AI rig: LED promo videos for each concert, two nights shot in 8K, personal reels for guests and promo cuts for the venue's partners.
The centrepiece of the video is building a guest's reel in the exact order it happened: a reference from the screen, matching the showings, a 1080×1920 window inside the 8K frame, a virtual camera, live venue sound. And the same night's footage also yields the analytics: an ad-airings log with the audience of every airing, a custom crowd counter built on two neural networks, and the night's funnel — which found a repeat-payments bug worth +42% of revenue.
All the numbers are real, taken as a snapshot of the pilots' live data.
